MY PROCESS

Every project starts with an initial meeting that typically involves a comprehensive discussion and analysis of various aspects of your marketing efforts. I will begin by understanding your business goals, target audience, current marketing strategies, and any challenges you’re facing.

WEBSITE DESIGN

STEP 1
DISCOVERY & PLANNING
After our initial meeting, I will begin working on the site architecture plan, wireframes (Design/Structure elements visual layouts),  and sitemap creation (site navigation structure).

STEP 2
DESIGN
Once the site architecture is complete, I will design the home page and internal pages. We will work together to determine colors, fonts, and graphical elements.

STEP 3
CONTENT WRITING & CREATION
Once the site architecture is complete, I will design the home page and internal pages. We will work together to determine colors, fonts, and graphical elements.

STEP 4
DEVELOPMENT & PROGRAMMING
This is where the website comes to life and all the elements of the site come together to produce a high-quality website. A good portion of the timeline will be required for this stage.

STEP 5
TESTING
I will ensure the site is optimized across multiple browsers, screens and mobile devices and ensure the site is performing as it should prior to launch.

STEP 6
LAUNCH
Upon approval from the testing stage, the new website is then launched.  I will be available for any issues that arise post-launch.

STEP 1
RESEARCH
The info you provide will help us better determine your needs and ensure we’re on the same page. Additional research may be required to learn about your industry, competitors, etc.

STEP 2
CREATING
With this better understanding of your expectations, we can begin brainstorming and sketching out ideas onto paper. This is the most time-consuming step.

STEP 3
REFINING
Now comes the task of selecting the best of the rough ideas, and making them more presentable. This involves choosing appropriate fonts and color schemes.

STEP 4
PRESENTATION
Your logos (2 concepts) will be presented to you. This will give you a better sense of what the logo will look like in real-life application, or as part of a cohesive brand.

STEP 5
REVISIONS
Upon your feedback, any necessary changes to the presented logos will be addressed In the rare instance that you find none of the logos presented to you satisfactory, additional concepts can be purchased at the hourly rate.

STEP 6
FINALIZING
Upon your approval of a logo, the final design files will be sent to you. Assistance with printing can be arranged, as well as any stationery or branding design needs.
